This is because calcium is best absorbed when the body has vitamin D. To avoid complications that can arise from this, let your child have enough eggs while growing up.

People that consume this natural food regularly have bright eyes because of the regular provision of the antioxidants known as lutein and zeaxanthin. Although these antioxidants are present in smaller quantities in eggs, the little present is more readily absorbed by the body than those in other foods.

There is a nutrient called choline which is contained in eggs. In fact, one egg contains about 125 milligrams of it. What this nutrient does is to facilitate cell functions. Moreover, you cannot compare the cost of eggs to other similar products. Eggs are cheap despite being there with all its vitality. Instead of giving your children money to buy stuff in school for lunch, it is more rewarding to give them eggs.

One may find it difficult in this present age to believe that eggs can fight heart attack. This is because of the old rumor that eggs have cholesterol. The truth is that the cholesterol in eggs is the good one which is known as HDL. The presence of HDL in the blood prevents fats from piling up in the blood and blood vessels. The United States Department of Agriculture also supports consuming it so well. There would be no problem with your cholesterol level even if you consume up to three per day.
